Hello and Welcome to

DLE Distance Learning
Week Four of Shelter In Place
This week:
- This week we will be starting our web publishing unit. We will examine where and why we go online, look at some history of the Internet and the World Wide Web, and we will begin to create our own web publishing presence by starting a personal Digital Portfolio.
- You must attend one live learning experience per week per class
- No matter what you have heard school is now back in session for real
- You will need what we teach you now to be successful next year
- I will understand the origins of hypertext markup languages and their use
- I will understand the evolution and design of the internet both as a network and as a destination
- I will understand how logical information structures are determined and built using web technologies on the internet
- I will build an online Digital Portfolio that captures and presents both my academic work and my personal reality at this moment.
