Trayvon Martin

Today we will be working on our commercials but, before we do that, I want you to comment on the following...

QUESTION: The killing of Trayvon Martin has been in the news a lot lately, including pictures of his killer and the nice neighborhood the killing took place in.  Do you think this killing is about race?  Could it be about economic class? Why do you suppose Mr. Zimmerman was so afraid of a young black boy in a hoodie?

[NOTE: IF you have NOT heard news about Trayvon Martin being killed write about how you get your news and information - how do you find out what is going on in the world?]

And we're back!
Congratulations on a great, noisy, exhibition last night - way cool.

As we head in to the fourth quarter we're going to take a morning to remember, reflect, and plan.  If you've been to another class this morning then you already know this.

Here in Digital Literacy we're going to look at two aspects of the Exhibition last night: first about the learning styles/making videos stuff, and second about the exhibition and the project itself.

Before we do that, however,

Thanks!

Now we're going to fill out one short reflection, watch a few videos, and then fill out the other reflection, okay?

First, click the link below and when you are done thoughtfully answering the questions return here to this blog posting.

Now that you written about the UpsideDown Learning experience let's see a video or two and then we'll fill out the last, and most important FOR YOUR GRADE, reflection below:

Hope all was well and get ready for MONDAY and SPREADSHEETS!  and Typing Web!
