TUE: Blogging our Photos [SUB DAY]

  • I can add AT LEAST THREE (3) posts to my photoblog w/ written critiques
Homework:  
  • You need TWENTY excellent photos for your Photo Blog Portfolio
  • You need FOURTEEN (fully written) BY FRIDAY to be on-track for an "A"
    • Perhaps you should take some this week?
    • Maybe you need to write at home this week?
    • Remember that you will need to write about each one so "think before you shoot"!

  • ABSENT yesterday?  BEFORE You work on your BLOG you need to complete the Peer Review from YESTERDAY'S CLASS

    • Select an excellent photo to write about or improve on existing writing from Google Classroom
    • Now start writing your critique using John's Photoblog to guide you
      • By the end of class you need a minimum of 3 ADDITIONAL POSTS for a total of 12 posts on your blog by the end of class to be on track for an A
      • You should be able to do these 9 posts from already turned in work
        • TWO from Photowalk I (mini lake walk)
        • THREE from Photowalk II (Chinatown, under the Freeway)
        • ONE from the 9-Photo-Challenge
        • THREE from Photowalk III (Fairyland)
      • Additional Posts can be from
        • Challenges: Be sure to name and answer the challenge in your writing
        • Independent Photos: Remember to explain in DETAIL why you chose to try and make THAT specific picture and how you went about doing it (like your 9-Photo-Challenge writing)
        • With prior approval (ASK before you write) you may use  one or two photos taken BEFORE the Photo Unit (must be able to explain in detail with photographic terminology why THIS picture needs to be in your portfolio)
