WED/THU: Keynote SLIDE BENCHMARK #3

Announcements 
  • MINIMUM DAY & SUB ON FRIDAY
    • Your revised script is due this Friday.  I will be gone doing Union Negotiations.  The sub will remind you, and it will be on the blog, but ultimately it is your responsibility to revise and turn in your script on time. 
  • OFFICE HOURS
    • Next Monday & Tuesday
  • IGNORE (close) the box that tells you about the Keynote Update
  • IGNORE (close) the box that tells you about the Adobe Update
  • IMPORTANT: If you are working on a different MAC outside of our lab do NOT upgrade the "why am I.key" file if asked by that other computer - ask John what to do!

        • Continue PRODUCTION on "WHY AM I" slides  [+/- 95]
          • 3 ADDITIONAL SLIDES ARE DUE BY THE END OF CLASS TODAY
          • Production Process 
            • Select one event from your Brainstorm
              • Complete the writing portion - make sure you know what you are trying to "say" 
            • Collect images from REMEMBER: No WATERMARKED images 
            • Make a rough layout of your slide and ask for feedback before refining your design 
            • If you get stuck... 
              • Ask your NEIGHBOR 
              • Ask your AISLE 
              • Ask your TEACHER 
            • REPEAT
        • Turn in slides for events 6, 7, & 8 (+/- 10) by uploading your entire Keynote containing them (it can have more slides but it MUST have the 3 required ones)
          •  YOU NO LONGER NEED TO COMPRESS YOUR KEY FILES  (I figured it out!)

          • Go to classroom.google.com , follow this visual guide to ADD, UPLOAD, and TURN IN your entire Keynote
            • Upload the "Why Am I.KEY" file to the assignment due this class
            • Turn in the assignment before class is over!
