stretch, blur, shrink and liquify

Purpose: I will practice how to stretch, blur, shrink and liquify an image

      1. Stretching an image with a free transform (Command+T) to provide more "room"
        1. Stretch and shrink Bryce Canyon
      2. isolating parts of an image with a gaussian blur filter
      3. Shrinking an image with another free transform
      4. And using liquify to nudge pixels (Command+Big Booty)
        1. Manipulate the people pictures with the liquify tool
