        • Describe your memories as a math student from kindergarten until now.  WHY ARE YOU THE MATH STUDENT YOU ARE TODAY?  Use examples from your school math experiences.

Friday Routine
  • Typing TEST 
  • Check Grades
    • Click on the PowerSchool link in the "Grind" section of the Blog [upper right]
      • Log in to PowerSchool
        • fyi, these are the grades that will be mailed home today...
      • Find your LOWEST grade and click on it
        • Figure out WHY you have that grade and move to the next task...
  • Open Planner
    • Plan for the next 7 days
    • Plan out WHEN you are going to take the time to work on your schoolwork (including reading) outside of classtime.
  • Check Email
    • Email the teacher of your lowest grade explaining how you are going to raise that grade.
    • HERE IS THE KIND OF THING YOU SHOULD SAY [Copy and paste this, filling in the blanks, if you wish]

PowerSchool & Keynote 3: Images, Animations, Masks, Alpha Channel

Learning Target(s):  I can motivate myself to success by checking my own grades in PowerSchool.  I can add images and animations to my Keynote.

Agenda: 

  • POWERSCHOOL
    • When you are finished with your typing test go to John's desk and get your PowerSchool login information
    • Once you have the information go back to your desk and click on the PowerSchool link in the "Grind" section of the Blog [upper right]
      • Log in to PowerSchool
      • Find your LOWEST grade and click on it
        • Figure out WHY you have that grade and be ready to explain it to the class when asked by John
    • Once you are done with PowerSchool check your email (in case your teachers have emailed you)and then open your Keynote and work until John continues the class.
  • Friday Routine:

      • Plan for the next 7 days
