        • What:
          • Thursday October 12th
            • 5:00 PM Set-up
            • 6:00 PM Presentation
            • 7:30 PM Artist Panel
            • 8:00 PM Dismissal
          • A mandatory spoken & visual art presentation of the events, people, and places that have made YOU the person that you are (performed in front of a live audience.)
          • Professional dress required (dress shirts, no logos, no hats, no holes, your best shoes, suits & dresses look nice but are not required)
          • To receive any credit you must stay for the entire presentation, through the artist panel and dismissal
        • Why:
          • Explore the reflective  thinking we’ve been doing in DLE and Advisory about WHY we are the person that we are. 
          • Showcase our technical and artistic Keynote skills
          • Practice our presentation & public speaking skills
        • Requirements:
          • Total EVENTS (some events may take more than one slide to convey correctly)
            • 7+ to qualify for a B
            • 10+ to qualify for an A
          • # of COMPLEX slides (like the exemplars)
            • 4 to qualify for a B
            • 6 to qualify for an A
          • FIRST Slide is a title slide & must include
            • Title of your Keynote (could be "why am I" or anything you artistically choose to convey the same meaning)
            • Your Full Name
            • Your Block
            • Your Advisor's Name
            • This slide does count  as an Event and needs to be fully designed
          • LAST slide is BLANK (same background as preceding slide or plain solid color)
            • This slide does NOT count as one of your required number of slides
          • COMPLEX Slides will
            • Have multiple animations, some with complex timings 
            • Be multi-layered single slides and NOT require a transition to another slide to complete the design
            • Multi-slide EVENTS should use appropriate transitions to tie the slides together
          • To get full credit ALL Slides will
            • use the proper technique to accomplish the attempted goals
            • be neat and professional, paying attention to balance and alignment as well as the small details
              • masks and alphas are PERFECT
              • zero misspellings and grammar mistakes (there is no word "i" in the English language)
              • All timings, animations, and transitions are thoughtful, natural, and appropriate
            • slides will be assessed on attention to detail, technical skill, artistic vision, & timeliness (as detailed on the timeline)
          • Presenter Notes or Note-cards must be written for ALL SLIDES (except the blank one)
            • Your first drafts are in your Event Brainstorm
            • Write your penultimate draft in the presenter notes as you are working.
            • Finished notes are DUE as each slide is due
            • Your Script will be assessed on detail, impact & “authenticity”
