FRI: Keynote SLIDE Benchmark #1

  • If you are NOT going to the DANCE Tonight please fill out this ONE QUESTION simple survey by clicking HERE.
  • Student Leadership Group meets NEXT TUESDAY @ LUNCH in Ingrid's room
  • THREE (3) Slides are DUE today
  • FIVE additional events are DUE NEXT TUESDAY
  • IGNORE (close) the box that tells you about the Keynote Update
  • IMPORTANT: If you are working on a different MAC do NOT upgrade the "why am I.key" file if asked by that other computer - ask John what to do!
  • Feminist Group ORGANIZING MEETING: after school Tuesday October 4th and Thursday October 6th at lunch in Ms. Katz room

      • Decide which grade you need most and then choose to finish Mr. Matt's work or not (his PROJECT DEADLINE is worth MORE than my Project BENCHMARK)
      • WarmUp [10]
      • Turn in your 3 (1 name + 2 events) Slides (+/- 50) by uploading your keynote containing them (it can have more slides but it MUST have the 3 required ones)
        • Right+Click your "Why Am I.Key" Keynote file and compress it 
        • Go to classroom.google.com 



          • Upload the "Why Am I.ZIP" file to the assignment due this class

          • Do NOT upload the ".key" file, upload the ".zip" file only!
          • Turn in the assignment before class is over!
        • Continue PRODUCTION on "WHY AM I" slides  [+/- 50]
          • Production Process 
            • Select one event from your Brainstorm
              • Complete the writing portion - make sure you know what you are trying to "say" 
            • Collect images from REMEMBER: No WATERMARKED images 
            • Make a rough layout of your slide and ask for feedback before refining your design 
            • If you get stuck... 
              • Ask your NEIGHBOR 
              • Ask your AISLE 
              • Ask your TEACHER 
            • When tired or "finished" 
              • Add more ideas to your brainstorm
